How do I return or exchange a purchase?

We hope you love your purchase but if you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Products labeled as “closeout” are final sale and exempt from our return policy.

Items must be returned in like-new, unused condition and include all original components and accessories.

We charge a return fee for items sent back to us. Return fees are deducted from your refund. Current fee amounts are as follows:

• $20 for kids’ bikes and BMX bikes
• $50 for regular adult bikes

We cannot assume responsibility for lost packages during return shipping, denied shipments returned to sender, or packages returned without a proper Return Authorization number.

Return Process

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the Contact Us form, and under “How can we help?,” select “Return an item purchased on your website.”

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization number and a postage-paid shipping label so you can pack up and return your item to us.

Credit Refund

Refunds minus costs for return shipping are issued to the original payment method within 10 to 30 days of receiving the return, depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email when your credit has been processed.
